Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DollarAMP web application located at budget.dollaramp.com ("App") and website located at dollaramp.com ("Website"), collectively referred to as the "Services," provided by Allen Media Projects ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Subscription and Payments

Pricing

DollarAMP offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly: $7.99 per month
• Annual: $69.99 per year

Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial. If we do, we collect a valid payment method when you start the trial, and your subscription will begin — and your payment method will be charged — automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.

Billing

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the App. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Bank Connections (Optional)

DollarAMP lets you optionally connect a bank account so that your transactions and balances can flow into the App for your review. This connection is provided through Stripe Financial Connections and is read-only: we can retrieve transaction and balance information, but we cannot move, withdraw, or transfer funds.

• You authenticate directly with your bank through Stripe; we never receive or store your online banking credentials.
• Bank balances are displayed for reference only and do not change the balances or budget figures you maintain in the App.
• Imported transactions are presented for your review — you approve or reject them before they affect your budget.
• You may disconnect a linked bank at any time from Settings → Linked Banks, which revokes our access and deletes the associated bank-connection data.
• You represent that you are authorized to connect any account you link, and your use of the connection feature is also subject to Stripe's terms.

We are not a bank and do not provide banking, money transmission, or payment-initiation services. The connection feature is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on your financial institution and Stripe; we do not guarantee that all transactions or balances will be available, complete, or up to date.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest user information without consent

Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Allen Media Projects and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the App, including account balances, transactions, budgets, and categories ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Services are free of viruses or harmful components
• The results from using the Services will be accurate or reliable

Financial Disclaimer

DollarAMP is a personal budgeting tool and does not provide financial advice. We are not a bank, credit union, money transmitter, or financial institution, and we do not hold, move, or have custody of your funds. The information presented in the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, investment, or tax advice. Bank-connected data is provided for your convenience and may be delayed or incomplete; you are solely responsible for verifying your own records and for your financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLEN MEDIA PROJECTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Services
• Any errors or omissions in any content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Allen Media Projects from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe (payment processing and, for optional bank connections, Stripe Financial Connections) and Amazon Web Services (hosting). Your use of these features is also governed by those providers' terms and policies. The Services may also contain links to third-party websites or services, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Kansas City, Missouri.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Allen Media Projects regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
